Graham has represented Sidmouth Sidford
as a District Councillor for eight years, previously two years on the
Sidmouth Town Council. He and his wife Kate have run a business in Sidmouth since 1993. Graham has always opposed
and voted against the relocation of the Knowle and the loss of 400 jobs located in Sidmouth and was recently successful
when seconding the amendment for the controversial Sidford employment site to see it removed from the Draft Local Plan.
Graham has vast experience on the District Council and for the last two years has been Vice Chairman of the Overview
Scrutiny Committee he is also a school governor.
Graham says 'Sidmouth is unspoilt by progress and whilst I embrace progress we must be careful to maintain the quality
of our Regency Town'.
